Foundation Governing Board

The Governing Board meets bi-monthly and ensures:

• The Foundation & Alumni Office is managed in a professional and ethical manner
• All legal aspects as per the requirements of the Articles of Association are executed competently
• Finances are managed and reported in accordance with accepted Accounting principles
• Guidance and advice on the management of the Foundation & Alumni Office.
