In 2006, WIT Foundation hosted numerous events

'Promoting Philanthropy in Ireland' lecture took place on September 8th at Waterford Institute of Technology.

The Lunchtime Lecture Series took place in June in Waterford, Wexford and Dublin.

WIT Foundation also sponsored an event at the Kilkenny Arts Festival in August.
