WIT Cookery Courses - The Perfect Gift

The way to someone’s heart is through their stomach.  Why not buy the person you love an interesting and tasty gift and treat them to a voucher for one of two exciting cookery courses with highly acclaimed local chefs on offer at WIT in January 2012?

Michael Quinn 2 -

‘Celebrating Local Food’ with Michael Quinn offers simple cooking techniques using the best of local produce, explaining how important it is to cook in season and will introduce participants to Michael’s local food heroes. Each student will cook with Michael a variety of seasonal dishes using the best of ingredients from the South East.

10 weeks, Tuesdays, 6:30- 8:30pm, beginning Jan 2012, €350

 

‘Cuisines of the World’ with Edward Hayden introduces students to international cuisine. Edward will teach students how to prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes from all over the world. This course is demonstration based and will cover topics such as table settings and menu planning.

8 weeks, Tuesdays, 6:30- 8:30pm, beginning Jan 2012, €230
