MSc International Construction Management
Formerly known as the MSc European Construction Management the title has changed to reflect the nature of the programme which to date has had over 200 participants from over 22 different countries. This one year postgraduate course is offered jointly by European partner Institutions.The purpose of this MSc programme is to educate managers for the international construction industries by facilitating mobility within countries, and by developing knowledge, skills and attitudes with regard to construction, business, culture and language. Each student will acquire the necessary range of abilities to capitalise upon future in-service experience and training, and will develop the abilities and personal attributes which will be required by future managers of construction firms operating internationally.
The MSc programme in International Construction Management is designed to develop the postgraduates knowledge, personal qualities, skills and attitudes, through a study programme which links theories and practices associated with construction management.
The selection of a theme for a dissertation/industrial project in the final period of the course will allow the student to concentrate on one or more of these directions.
