The Centre for Enterprise Development and Regional Economy provides pre-incubation space for pre-start-up companies and incubation space for early-stage businesses wishing to engage with the Centre's activities.

Pre-incubation space, for those in the very early start-up phase, consists of 

•  allocated desk space
• desktop PC
• VoIP telephone with dedicated business telephone number
• high-speed internet access

Other facilities available to occupants include:

• fully-equipped meeting room facilities,
• video-conferencing facilities,
• printing, scanning & photocopying facilities
• dining and catering,
• on-site car-parking.

Occupants of the Centre for Enterprise Development and Regional Economy incubation space also have access to WIT resources including the Library, medical and sporting facilities and benefit from involvement in a distinctly entrepreneurial environment.

For entrepreneurs who have already established a trading business base, incubation spaces of various sizes are available to suit all requirements at reasonable rates. Such occupants of the Centre are required to be actively engaged with the Centre's activities.
