My Biography

I studied Applied Psychology in University College Cork where I also completed a research masters in psychology. I began lecturing in WIT in 1996. Prior to this I lectured for in UCC. I also worked for Psychometrica where my main duties were administering psychometric and personality assessments in the recruitment process for private and public organisations.
