My Biography

Dr Jean Mc Ardle is the programme leader on the BSc in Sports Coaching and Performance and is a member of the Centre for Health Behaviour Research in WIT.  Jean completed a BA/BSc in Sport Science and Irish Studies in St Mary's University College, London before completing an MA in Irish Studies with Sport Sociolgy in The Queen's University, Belfast. Jean completed her PhD in WIT which focused on education policy with particular emphasis on; Physical Education in the Primary School sector. Jean has been lecturing in WIT since 2001.
