I work in the Research Support Unit of the Office of Research and Innovation as the National Research Programme Officer. Previously I worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher managing post-award research funds.
In my role, I coordinate the pre and post-award funding support for national research opportunities at SETU. I am the point of contact for national research funding agencies such as the Irish Research Council (IRC), Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), the Health Research Board (HRB), the Higher Education Authority (HEA), Enterprise Ireland (EI), and Tesgasc.
I have a great passion for undertaking and supporting the research of undergraduate, postgraduate, and post-doctoral colleagues.
I am always available by phone (4026), email @[email protected], and on Teams to discuss or advise on on-going and upcoming national research opportunities.
