My Biography

I am a full-time lecturer in the department undergraduate programmes since 2002. I am interested in both exercise for health and in sport and performacne and have a particular interest in exercise/sport physiology. I have been awarded a BA in Physical Education and mathematics (UL), an MSc in sport Science (Loughborough University, Leics) and a PhD in Exercise and the Heart (UL).
