Neil Quinlan has been Head of Dept of Lifelong Learning at WIT since 2012. The Dept. of Lifelong Learning works in partnership with academic departments across the Institute to offer a broad range of part-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Science and Humanities to the general public and to industry.
Neil Holds a B. Comm from UCC, a PGDip in ILS from Aberystwyth and a PGCert in HE Managment from the University of Bath. From 2006 to 2013 Neil was WIT Quality Manager working within the Office of the Registrar leading all quality assurance, promotion and improvement activities including project-managing a complete cycle of School, Institutional and Research Reviews. He has previously worked in libraries in WIT including leading the WIT WEBCT e-Learning Project; NUIG as Science & Engineering Librarian and Lehman Brothers International in London as a Business Information Researcher.
