Siobhan lectures on both the BA Early Childhood Studies and Social Care programmes. She has been involved in the early years sector as a manager, consultant and trainer. She managed a community based child care facility for ten years and also supported other services in their planning, organising and professional development. Siobhan has also been a trainer for the National Children's Nursery Association and Early Years organisations in the areas of Staff Support & Supervision; Developing Policies & Procedures; Behaviour Management; Developing Programmes for Children and Engaging with Children with Special Needs Through Play.
2006 to present: lectures in Applied Social Studies, Managing Early Years Contexts and Personal & Professional Development.
