We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. You should review the Terms periodically as, by using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use the Site.

Acceptable Use of the Site

WIT authorises you to view and download a single copy of the materials on the Site, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to suspend the use of the Site generally or to block your access to any part of the Site and/or to suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site or any part of it if we suspect misuse.

The courses section of this Web site comprises the WIT online course prospectus. The information contained in this online course prospectus is, to the best of our knowledge, true and accurate at the time of publication. Please note it may be updated with amendments periodically. The content of the prospectus is for information purposes only and should not be viewed as the basis of a contract between students and the Institute. WIT reserves the right to amend programmes or regulations at any time without notice. We may re-open previously closed programmes to accept applications in the event of programme quotas not being met. The Institute also reserves the right to withdraw programmes periodically for any reason (e.g. insufficient numbers) or add new programmes at any stage without prior notice.

Restrictions on use of materials

The Site is owned and operated by WIT. No material from WIT or any website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by WIT may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Jurisdictional Issues

The Site is controlled and operated by WIT from its offices within Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the courts located in Ireland and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. WIT makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
