Meitheal will promote and assist projects in developing countries championed by WIT staff and students
Project Champion Chiaku Biniungo says:
"Mtoto Shuleni (Swahili for "A Child at School") is a wonderful project developed by Ms Chiaku Biniungo who originally comes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Chiaku is a 2016 graduate of the Bachelor of Business (Honours) programme in the WIT School of Business, and she is presently enrolled on the Master of Business in Internationalisation double degree programme at WIT. The Mtoto Shuleni project is assisting 18 children, both boys and girls, access primary education, and it was in part supported directly with monies donated to Meitheal by the WIT Students Union via its "raise and give" fundraising activities."
