Events Landing PageCommon electronic systems include applications like mobile phones, sound and vision systems, computer and information technology, automation and machine control, robotics and biomedical engineering. Electronic engineering is concerned with the design, development, manufacture and application of electronic devices, circuits and systems.
The BEng in Electronic Engineering is a full-time three year degree course, which prepares students for employment and/or further education in the area of electronic engineering.
There is a strong emphasis on project work in the course. Students design, construct and test embedded electronic applications.The BEng has a strong embedded electronic, software and instrumentation emphasis.
Example project application areas include Robotics, Automotive Electronics, Telecommunications, Sensors and Interfacing to Mobile Phones and WWW.
