This programme has been specifically developed to address a communicated skill shortage within bio-pharma/medical devices sector in the South East of Ireland for Supervisory Management development. The primary aim of the Certificate is to produce high calibre individuals, distinct in their abilities, understanding, skills and knowledge associated with a supervisory role in an organisation.
Delivery:
12 week programme run over one semester, this part-time course is delivered using blended learning (online and block release)

The Certificate in Supervisory Management is designed with a strong industry focus. Industry in the South East has been instrumental in the development of this programme recognising a core need for supervisory education and qualifications. This programme equips participants with core knowledge in leading, managing projects and managing performance.
