Management of Work-Related Stress 

The Certificate in the Management of Work-Related Stress is an online course appealing to a variety of occupations. Although originally designed for those working in the Health and Social Care settings, it is suitable across a wide range of organisations.  The course consists of two ten credit modules. Module 1 aims to equip workers with the requisite skills, knowledge and competencies to manage their personal levels of work-related stress. Module 2 aims to help workers create a less stressful working environment.

Assessment 

100% continuous assessment through written portfolio.

Applicants must demonstrate that they have sufficient competency in spoken and written english language in order to pursue a specific course.

This programme will complement existing qualifications for workers wanting to engage in strategies to address stress management in their working environment, in a variety of occupational settings, whilst also addressing own personal levels of stress. This training can signal opportunity for change in your organisation providing you with the requisites skills to enhance healthy and balanced stress management practices.
