I particularly liked the flexibility of the course, the diverse choice of modules and the motivational lecturers. The skills I learned and the professional reflection and collaborative projects I completed have undoubtedly added to my leadership and self-efficacy as a team leader. It was a thoroughly rewarding experience, which I would highly recommend to aspiring school leaders.
