Good Manufacturing Practice And Technology

The objective of this 18-month degree course is to provide a nationally accredited Level 7 educational course, at ordinary degree level, in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), for personnel working in the manufacturing areas of the pharmaceutical, healthcare and biotechnology industries.

Course Structure

The course will be delivered over 3 semesters in 18 months, with six contact hours per week. Students will also be required to complete practical sessions/plant tours. Assessment is by written assignment, practical and written examinations. The course is subject to review and minor modifications to the course content are possible. Days may change subject to course management.

Higher Certificate in Science (GMP and Technology) or equivalent and required to attend an interview. Participants must be employed in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
