What is the BSc (Hons) in Information Technology course?

The BSc (Hons) in Information Technology is a one year programme, which provides students with design, development and management perspectives on specific areas of the ICT sector like: Data Warehouses, Web Systems, E-Learning Applications, Database Administration, Networks and Security.

The course adopts a practical approach to learning that will stimulate the curiosity of students and encourage them to become self-reliant autonomous and reflective learners. Graduates from this course would be expected to be equipped with the skills to gain employment in  a variety of ICT related areas or pursue further educational opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should have successfully completed a BSc in Information Technology or equivalent to apply for this course.

Advanced Entry

Graduates from an ordinary degree (level 7) in any computing discipline may apply for this course.
