Please note that if you cancel on or before 3 days after the 1st Round CAO Offers (Irish College Offers), then you will be entitled to a refund of your application deposit paid less a €100 administration fee. If you cancel after this date then you will forfeit your entire deposit. Refunds are processed once a week (every Friday). Semester Payments ‘There is a limited number of spaces available for students to stay for semester 1 only (September 2023 – December 2023) or to stay for semester 2 only (January 2024 - May 2024). Students requesting this must complete the following Single Semester only expression of interest form on the how to book a room page https://www.wit.ie/current_students/student-accommodation/accommodation-how-to-book-a-room |
| Option 4 |
Monthly Payments First and last months rent to be paid on or before the first day of the licence agreement. Remaining months to be paid strictly on the 1st day of each month thereafter using the student resident portal or by standing order. |
| Utilities |
€500 payable on or before the first day of the licence agreement. (Includes WIFI, Refuse, Communal Services & €150 to electricity) * The €150 electricity paid per resident is applied to the prepay electric meter in the apartment. For example in a 4 bedroom apartment, €600 (€150x4) would be applied to the meter. Once credit is used, students are responsible for topping up their own meter. |

Continuation Tenants:
Current tenants who wish to remain in Campus Accommodation must apply on line at https://www.wit.ie/current_students/student-accommodation/accommodation-how-to-book-a-room
If you were a resident with us for the academic year 22/23 and wish to continue in Campus Accommodation for the Academic Year 2023-24, you must reapply and pay a new security deposit.
