1. Continuing registration will open in mid-September 2020. Please note that if you are currently on placement you will not be able to register until after the release of the Autumn Examination results. Registration will open after the Autumn results on September 24th.
2. You must have log-in details (WIT Student Number and Online Student Services Password). Refer to FAQ 1 above.
3. Registration for students who are allowed to progress following the Autumn exams will open on September 24th 2020.
4. Registration for repeat learner students completing modules from years prior to 2019/20 will be available from September 30th. Please e-mail [email protected]

If your WITCard is lost or stolen, this fact should be reported immediately to the WITCard Office (051-302732 or [email protected]). A fee will apply when attaining a replacement. A replacement card can be ordered here.

You can request a proof of registration letter through your student portal here. Please note that forms do not need to be stamped at the moment, a proof of registration letter can be e-mailed to you and attached to the form of lieu of a form being stamped.

A student is recorded as temporarily registered if the student is awaiting approval from a grant authority/sponsor or if the student has paid a portion of the Student Contribution.
Note: 50% of the fee is due by 31st October and the remaining to be paid before the 31st January in the academic year. Upon payment of the full fee (by the student or grant authority/sponsor) a student is then fully registered.
