The charge for registration, examinations and students services is €3,000.
You will need a Laser/Credit Card to pay your fees online. A receipt will be issued to your specified email address and you must bring the receipt with you on Registration Day.
Student fees for the current academic year (2023-24) can be paid online using either credit, debit or laser cards.
Please note, there is a limit on laser card payments, and therefore you may be required to complete two transactions to pay fees in full.

The fees are payable in full or by two installments. The first installment is due on registration; the second installment is due on or before the 31st of January 2024.

New Entrants - Grant Holders
If you have confirmation that you will be awarded a Grant for the academic year 2023/24 from Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI) you must bring with you on Registration Day the letter of confirmation from the Awarding Authority or a confirmation email stating they have received your application. Failure to pay instalment two on or before 31st January 2024 may result in access to Institute facilities being withdrawn until payment has been received and processed by the Institute.
SETU Waterford does not provide any mechanism by which the fee liability of a student for a given year can be waived or deferred. For full time fee queries please email: [email protected]
