Emeral Contact Centre (ECC) a new and dynamic contact cetnre focused on providing superior customer service support to our clients, is currently recruiting for a number of Customer Solution Specialists in our contact centre responsible for providing quality customer sales and service.

We are based in Woodlock House, Portlaw, Co Waterford

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Solve routine or standare customer inquiries via phone or email;
  • Navigate through appropriate customer service systems;
  • Maintain quality scores and call centre metrics;
  • Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to navigate around various technological systems;
  • Strong verbal communications skills including diction, grammar and tone;
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with customers under circumstances requiring tact diplomacy;
  • 1-2 years prior customer service experience;
  • Flexible - shift work required! Hours are approximately 3pm - 11pm 5 days per week.
