We also maintain a help desk in the Walton Building at the Cork Road Campus, which is opened at the following times:
Monday to Friday
Morning: 9:30am to 12:30pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Night/Evening (Monday to Thursday only): 6:30pm to 9:00pm

Problems with SETU Waterford IT facilities may be reported at our help desk, via the ‘phone or via email. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a support service for personal, home computing equipment/software or for email facilities other than SETU Waterford email facilities.
There are many specialised software applications installed in a variety of computer labs throughout the Institute such as Photoshop, Autocad, SPSS, etc. Please refer to the appropriate academic departments for software queries and to the outlet where you purchased any home equipment for technical support.
