This seminar is one of a suite of seven being offered this semester at WIT as part of the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education seminar series in 2019.

Learning outcomes:

  • Appraise how internationalising the curriculum can support success for all students throughout and beyond their studies
  • Evaluate approaches to curriculum internationalisation in different national and institutional contexts
  • Identify new approaches to internationalising the curriculum within an Irish context
  • Plan for institutional integration of curriculum internationalisation within disciplines

Organiser:

Don O’Neill is Assistant Head of Department in the School of Humanities at WIT where he has been a lecturer in French and Spanish since 1989. Don has experience in a variety of academic and management positions and extensive international experience in collaborative research and project management roles.
