Background
As part of the Marie Curie Rise WASTCard project (one of Ireland’s first H2020 successes and also the highest ranked Marie Curie H2020 application in Europe to-date), WIT will be hosting a 2-day workshop on Energy Harvesting & Communications Technologies for Ambulatory Biomedical Applications; with Day 1 based in WIT and Day 2 based at Tyndall Research Institute including the ASSERT Centre at UCC.
The event will welcome a team of visiting specialists to WIT, with backgrounds in health-related research and development, consultant cardiology, and nursing research.
