24th Annual Irish Academy of Management Conference 2021

The School of Business at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) is the host of the 24th Irish Academy of Management (IAM) Conference 2021. 

The conference theme is: Leading and Managing in ‘Interesting Times’: Learning for a Better Tomorrow and includes panel sessions, symposia and keynote addresses that are designed to be engaging and interactive, allowing space for networking and collaboration;

• Keynote address by Professor Anthony J. Nyberg, a renowned academic whose work has been published in top academic journals and highlighted in major international media outlets, including Time Magazine and Harvard Business Review. With a particular interest in dark leadership, Anthony’s insights will be invaluable in pursuing a greater understanding of Leading and Managing in ‘Interesting Times’: Learning for a better tomorrow.  
• Five symposia focus on: Management and Workplace during and beyond the pandemic, support and development of entrepreneurial mindsets, developing scholarly practitioners and bridging the disconnect between policy, practice and research in Social Enterprise.
• 36 Parallel sessions include 120+ paper presentations across all business and management disciplines.
