The Dawn Meats Food Science & Innovation Award award is presented to a student of the BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Innovation, who is judged to have the best overall final product and presentation of the Food Innovation Module.
The recipient of the award is decided by industrial and academic staff. The award allows for various aspects of the students skills to be accessed from product development to marketing and presentation.
The award is very presigious and can be mentioned on the winner CV. The awardee will also added to the list of recipients at the Institute.
