Online-Registration

Erasmus+ and International Exchange students coming to WIT starting September 2017 are required to register online prior to arrival.  This online registration facility will be open to students for two weeks ONLY:

OPENING: 9am Wednesday 16th August 2017 and CLOSING: Midnight Wednesday 30th August 2017. 

Before starting the registration process, we advise you read our step by step guide called “How to Register 2017/18” (PDF below).  It is very important to complete these registration steps in full to ensure you are properly registered as a WIT student.  

Please note you will need to have a digital photo of yourself to upload during the online process, this photograph will be on your student card identity card – WITCard.

Induction

WIT is committed to making your transition to studying in Ireland a most positive one. The International Office organises an Induction Programme for all our International students. The programme enables you to meet other students and the International Office staff. It also gives you the opportunity to learn more about both the academic and social side of campus life. Attendance at this programme is mandatory. 

Induction leaders will be on hand to address any questions you may have. Also included in the Induction programme will be a tour of the campus and some local excursions. 

The induction programme for new Erasmus+ and International Exchange students commencing studies in September 2017 is expected to take place on Wednesday, 6th of September 2017.  However, this has yet to be confirmed.  Please be advised the induction programme is mandatory for all new exchange students.  We will provide official confirmation two weeks after the application deadline.
