Bachelor of Business (Hons) student Evelyn Farrell tells us how she always loved business and accounting so wanted to continue studying it at WIT

"I chose to study Business and accounting at Waterford Institute of Technology because I always loved accounting in secondary school.

However, I chose the Bachelor of Business degree as it incorporated study abroad or work experience  and gives me a better insight into the business world.

Even though I got more than 500 points in my Leaving Cert, meaning I could choose any accountancy course in the country, I chose WIT.

I chose WIT because the facilities are fabulous and the course is amongst the best in the country why would I travel past such a great asset on my door step.

I chose Waterford because I'm local and it has a great student night life and successful sporting teams."
