To become a Chartered Surveyor, MSc in Construction Project Management graduates can complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)

WIT’s MSc in Construction Project Management has been accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI). The SCSI is the leading professional body for construction, land and property professionals in Ireland.

The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland works in partnership with the RICS, the worldwide professional body for Chartered Surveyors that is committed to setting and upholding the highest standards of excellence and integrity.

In order to become a Chartered Surveyor, graduates of the MSc in Construction Project Management can go on to complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), a two-year period of structured practical training which culminates in a professional interview.

The MSc in Construction Project Management is at NQF Level 9 and it has been designed for participants who want to develop their Construction Project Management knowledge and skills at postgraduate level.  It is delivered on both a one year full-time and a two year part-time basis.  The part-time stream is delivered in a block of 2/3 days a month allowing students to study without leaving their employment.
