1. Highest achievements to date?
Division 2 National League 2019, County Senior Club Champions 2019
2. What is your favourite memory from your sporting career so far?
Winning my first ever County Senior Club title last year after 7 attempts.
3. What is your personal aim this year?
To keep on improving on my fitness and skills
4. Who was your sporting idol growing up?
Noel McGrath
5. How do you prepare for each event?
Eat well coming up to the game, keep hydrated and organise my gear the night before matches.
6. What advice would you give to athletes wanting to improve?
To keep practising and be determined to improve on every training session and game, and to enjoy it.
7. What do you do to relax/unwind?
Watch Netflix, listening to music
8. How do you balance work/college/training?
It’s all about being organised and how I stay organised is by having a diary to write in what days I train and work and what hours do I have free to give to my college work.
9. What was the best advise you were ever given?
Your best performances on the field come when you are enjoying it.
10. Do you get nervous before big races/competitions and if so, how do you deal with it?
Sometimes. I try treat the match as like any other match. A few pucks against the wall while listening to music helps me keep focused if feeling a bit nervous.
