Claire Cronin, from Macroom, Co Cork is a past pupil of Coachford College and graduated from WIT with a BA (Hons) in Criminal Justice Studies

What are you currently doing?
I’m currently doing a course in beauty therapy. It had always been a hobby and I’d like to go travelling before I start my career, I think I could bring it with me. I can always come back to the degree I completed.

What stood out to you about your experience at WIT?
Everyone is just so nice and the lecturers were all lovely, they were all really nice to talk to and if you had problems they were easily fixed by just approaching them as well.  You never really get lost in a crowd too, you can always talk to people so its easy to find help throughout the college as well.

What advice would you have for someone considering the BA Hons in Criminal Justice Studies?
There are really good job opportunities when you pair the course up with a higher level degree.
