Barry Murphy from Barry Murphy Auctioneers recently made a presentation on the current influences and indicators in the commercial property market as well as Asset Management and Valuation Techniques at a guest lecture to Year 4 students on the BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management (WD091).

The event was organised by Mr. Tony Quinlan, Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality in the Department of Languages, Tourism & Hospitality as part of the students’ Facilities and Asset Management Module.
