28-year-old Claire, who studied at WIT’s School of Engineering and now works in the UK is pictured on site. A section engineer at Tideway, in the article Claire explains how diverse construction is.
“I don’t find that it’s an issue if you’re the only woman on site; the culture’s changed,” she says in the article.
