The AIB Centre for Finance & Business Research Group within the School of Business recently awarded ‘Best paper’ prizes to MBS students who achieved an exceptional standard in their papers from the recent annual international study trip to Belgium.
Opening proceedings Dr Thomas O'Toole, Head of School of Business thanked AIB for its continued ongoing support of research within the Business School and for the prizes also for the study trip. He cited the importance of international immersion gained from the trip, the learning acquired and thanked all of those who had facilitated the visit to Leuven, the European Union quarter in Brussels and the prestigious University of Leuven.
Noelle Chambers of AIB outlined the importance of the relationship with the School of Business and congratulated the students on their success.

Pauric Mahony, Ashling Kenny, Roger Curran, Ran Duan and Eva MC Eneaney for their analysis of the Danish economy.
Sarah Kelly, Sunitha Nagathota, Wictoria Minakowska and Sarah Anne Fitzgerald for their analysis of the French economy.
Conor Phelan, Jennifer Deegan, John Falvey, Keith Cooney and Stephen Roche for their analysis of the Spanish economy.
