The PMBRC has been shortlisted in two categories for the hotly contested Pharma Industry Awards 2017. The awards recognise and celebrate the most original and innovative individuals and organisations that demonstrate excellence in the Irish Pharma sector. The PMBRC has been shortlisted in the “Research Centre of the Year” and “Research and Development Achievement” categories.
Speaking of the news, PMBRC Manager Dr. Niall O'Reilly said: “we are delighted to be shortlisted for the Pharma Industry Awards this year. The nominations recognise the overall performance of our centre and the quality of our research in particular. The past 12 months have been our busiest to date in terms of research output and we have sucessfully grown all aspects of our operations from basic to applied research activities”.
The four-year BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Science at Waterford Institute of Technology has been shortlisted for a Pharma Education & Training Award in the Pharma Industry Awards 2017.
The awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, 5 October at the Clayton Hotel, Dublin.
