Over 50 primary school kids from Waterford City and County spent a morning in the Granary in Waterford city which houses WIT's Department of Architecture.
Aided by young local architects, Máire Henry, Head of Department of Architecture, gave a presentation to the school children before taking them on a guided tour of the end of year student show.
According to Maire, "The young students were very engaging and asked some really interesting questions about the role of Architecture. They saw great examples of drawings, models and computer generated 3D images of student projects".
This was the last event in the annual Waterford Festival of Architecture.
