Life in Covid 19 lockdown presents a myriad of new challenges to us all both personally and professionally but judging by reported supermarket flurries, gastronomic creations shared online and a renewed vigour towards exercise and lifestyle, it appears that food remains a universal vernacular for people seeking solace in these unusual times.
With this in mind, some of the culinary lecturers from the Department of Languages, Tourism & Hospitality have collaborated together while professionally apart to bring you some of the teams favourite recipes.
Contributors were Michael Quinn, Norbert Thul, Lorain Walsh, Mathias McGivney, Judith Hickey, Edward Hayden, Noel Ronan and Tony Barry who hope that you enjoy cooking your way through the recipes in your homes and hopefully they will become a staple in your culinary repertoire.
