This Ladies events like these brings our community together and facilitates great communication.
On Wednesday 15th November the School of Engineering held its Ladies Coffee Morning for students and staff. The event was planned by Mary Doyle-Kent lecturer and programme leader for BEng in Manufacturing Engineering (WD032).
This year it was a very enjoyable event and the students had an opportunity to chat with new students who are studying at all levels; Degree, Masters and PhD from lots of different Engineering disciplines.
There is a great demand for female Engineers in the south east region and WIT encourages second level students study all different types of Engineering courses. Our well respected qualifications will lead to rewarding and fulfilling careers in the south east region, Ireland and worldwide.
