Rosie completed a Certificate in Culinary Arts and continued on to the BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts, all at WIT
"After working and gaining invaluable experience in some of Irelands most prestigious hotels throughout Ireland I decided the time had come where it was necessary for me to grow my skills and expertise in the food industry. I had previously successfully completed my Certificate in Culinary Arts in WIT.
Through researching culinary programmes the BA in Culinary Arts being delivered in WIT proved itself as the right fit for me.
The facilities and educators on the programme provided invaluable knowledge to me during my time on the course. The practical focused modules along with the more academic led modules provided me with the ability to blend my practical work experiences with the academic requirements which were necessary to build my career going forward.
Following my graduation with a BA in Culinary Arts I continued to further my academic studies by completing a Masters in Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development in Dublin Institute of Technology. Without the base of my BA from WIT this would not have been possible.
Through choosing to complete the BA in Culinary Arts in WIT it has led me to grow my academic achievements along with providing me with opportunities in the growing Food Industry which would have not been possible.
