Event gives students the opportunity to meet prospective future employers and to gain valuable information about their company and work practices
Business students had the chance to gain valuable information about prospective employer company and work practices at an annual event.
On Thursday, 8 March the School of Business hosted its third ‘Work Placement Networking Event’.
Big companies such as Kerry, EY, State Street, Datapac, The Taxback Group, International Living and HR Simplify gave presentations to School of Business students and afterwards networked with students and faculty staff.
This event gave students the rare opportunity to meet prospective future employers and to gain valuable information about their company and work practices.
It was a huge success and the School is already looking forward to hosting it again next year.
“We would like to thank each of our Employers for their continued support in running this great event”, said Mr. Joe Daly, Director of Work Placement in the School of Business.
