Calem Meehan is sharing his memories of food with us and what encouraged him to get into this industry.
Calem has done an interview with the head chef at Grow HQ, JB Dubois, where they talk a lot about sustainability to do with the social and economically side of the industry.
Calem Meehan is one of the students on the BA (Hons) Culinary Arts programme, who, as part of the module Media & Visual Arts: Writing About Food had to plan, organise and execute their own food festival for Semester 1 2020. The result was an online food festival comprising of a YouTube playlist of videos featuring the students and an online booklet.
