4. Who was your sporting idol growing up?
Grainne Harvey and Ellie O Gorman
5. How do you prepare for each event?
I have a habit of forgetting my gear/boots for games so my mother makes me get all my gear ready the night before. Tan is also a requirement for games.
6. What advice would you give to Athletes wanting to improve?
Control what you can. Go to the gym, eat better and work hard.
7. What do you do to relax/unwind?
Watch tv and listen to my housemates. They would keep anyone entertained.

Having a busy schedule actually makes me more productive and driven. It helps as I know I have to finish college work before training/matches etc
9. What was the best advice you were ever given?
It’s what you do when people are not looking that counts, so work as hard off the field (Eat healthy etc) as you do on it and keep improving.
10. Do you get nervous before big races/competitions and if so how do you deal with it?
It’s hard not to get nervous but listening to music helps you forget about the nerves for a while.
