Highest achievements: Representing Ireland in the European Championships.
What is your personal aim this year? To medal at the World duathlon championships.
Who was your idol growing up? Sam Bennett and Eddie Dunbar in the pro scene. But also Marc Flavin and John Hodge Locally.
How do you prepare for each event? Look at when the event is work backwards and put a plan in place to work towards the event.
What is your favourite memory from your sporting career so far? Racing the European Championships the atmosphere was just amazing.
How do you balance work/college/sport? Make a routine as best I can and just constantly tip away at work.
Do you get nervous before competitions/games and if so how do you deal with it? Yes. Focus on controlling my breathing think of the task at hand and focus on being present taking it one step at a time.
What advice would you give to athletes wanting to improve? Enjoy the process.
