What is your personal aim this year? University Games and Irish Senior Championships.
Who was your idol growing up? Katie Taylor
How do you prepare for each event? Watch my nutrition and diet, reduced training on the week before the competition, asses the possible opponents
What is your favourite memory from your sporting career so far? Three World Cup firsts in Budapest 2019.
How do you balance work/college/sport? Training Sessions are very flexible and National training is at weekends.
Do you get nervous before competitions/games and if so how do you deal with it? Yes, the fear of losing makes me nervous but it gives it energy, I like to listen to motivation music and spend at least 15 minutes on my own before every fight.
What advice would you give to athletes wanting to improve? Sport is to be enjoyed if it gets frustrating take a break and refocus.
