Creative & Performing Arts lecturer is featured composer in RTE National Symphony Orchestra

On Tuesday 21st January, Dr Marian Ingoldsby, lecturer in the Department of Creative and Performing Arts, WIT, will be the featured composer in the RTE National Symphony Orchestra ‘Horizons 2014’ contemporary music series.

The concert takes place in the National Concert Hall, Dublin, at 1.05pm, and Marian will be interviewed by Evonne Ferguson, Director of the Contemporary Music Centre, in the John Field Room, at 12.30.  The concert will include three orchestral works by Marian, one composed especially for the occasion, entitled ‘Dance’ , and music by Webern and Takemitsu.
