The library is looking for students views to help with improving the services it offers. Fill out the short survey to help improve the services and also a chance to win some prizes
WIT libraries are seeking the opinions of students in a short survey that is currently available online. The library is now looking for views on the level of service that we are offering in several areas. The survey is short and should take between 3 and 5 minutes.
To develop the library service, the library needs constant feedback loop of data, just like an aircraft needs radar. The plans and policies needs to be informed by solid evidence, and we need to listen to our 'borrower' feedback to gather this evidence.
Benchmarking service
The survey platform that the library is using is called LibQUAL, which is a de-facto industry-standard benchmarking service that allows libraries to compare themselves to industry norms, identify strategic priorities, and subsequently measure progress against those priorities.
This is the first year that the library has used LibQUAL. The survey is now open and will close on Friday 6 of December. Once the survey has closed, several winners will be selected, each of whom can claim a €25 voucher card for Centra. To be eligible for the prize, add your student email address to the optional email address field.
