Jennifer's project:
"As part of our level 7 programme in Applied Biology, we carry out a research project which can be on a range of interesting and current research topics. My project was the 'Optimisation of Western Blot Transfer and Detection'. Each student had to present their work through a presentation and then students were nominated for this award.

I was delighted to have been chosen for this award as it is a great achievement and also a great addition to my CV. "

Jennifer says her dream for the future is: "to continue on into the level 8 add-on in Molecular Biology and Biopharmaceutical Science here in WIT. I would also love to progress into the research field once I've completed my undergraduate degree"
