Through a range of supports, Enterprise Ireland provides funding to researchers in academic institutions to develop applications to Horizon Europe: 

National Contact Points for Horizon Europe

The network of National Contact Points (NCPs) is the main structure to provide guidance, practical information and assistance on all aspects of participation in Horizon Europe. 

Each cluster within Horizon Europe has an NCP allocated to it. For more details visit the Horizon Europe website and select the cluster you are interested in under Horizon Europe in the top bar. Then details of the relevant NCP will be displayed.
